Position -Travel sales consultant

Salary - 20K-45K

Location - NSP Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets

Research, plan, and book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services

Provide customers with accurate information on travel regulations (e.g., passports, visas, vaccinations)

Recommend travel packages and services based on clients' preferences and travel history

Prepare detailed and customized travel itineraries

Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel issues promptly and professionally

Maintain and update client records and travel documents

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news

Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings at once

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)

1-3 years of relevant experience in travel and tourism industry
