Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. Promote and sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel services. Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, visas, insurance, and other travel-related needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner. Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, and promotional offers. Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and after-sales service. Handle customer complaints or issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
