Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all travel arrangements for 20-25 stakeholders, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to stakeholders. Develop and implement efficient travel management strategies to optimize travel schedules and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with both internal and external policies and regulations related to travel and expenses. Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper tracking and reporting of travel expenses.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in travel management and expense reporting. Strong knowledge of travel industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in travel and expense management software and tools. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in managing financial and travel data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work the required shift from 1 PM to 10 PM.
