Job Description

Responsible in driving policy, process and application changes in Travel & Expense. In charge of vetting the requirements from requestors who raises updates needed to be compliant with regulatory requirements (tax, employee/labor relations, local laws), Concur issues and fixes, and opportunities for improvements or updates.
Interface between CIO and the operations team and prioritizes and manages changes as aligned with T&E strategy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Has strong project management experience.
Strong understanding of Travel and Expense Reimbursement System (Concur).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills in gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying, evaluating and proposing solutions and able to identify critical requirements and prioritize tasks, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build business cases and communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions
Exposure to Agile tools (e.g. JIRA etc)
Strong drive to achieve and able to collaborate with remote teams internal and external to the organization.

Experience in Audit support, Compliance testing and Risk Management
