Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Travel Expense Consultant for our Global Finance organization.The Danfoss Travel Expense team is a part of Global Services Finance and Admin. We ensure that our travel and expense tools are continuously improved, so that they are highly effective, easy-to-work-with and compliant with legal and corporate requirements.

Your focus will be the Expense reimbursement using Concur tool and its integration into our ERP system. We are looking for an independent person to increase traveler satisfaction and efficiency in a global scope.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in implementation of global travel setup in new sites and roll-out projects in Travel & Expense area
• Develop, implement, and apply procedures, create and update of standard process documentation, including quality reviews and training
• Answer super user inquiries
• Support to service partner on process queries, continuous improvement etc.
• Coordination with Group IT and other stakeholders in issue resolution.
• Holistic understanding of our travel processes

Background & Skills

• Master/bachelor's in finance
• 4-6 years of experience working with integrated ERP-processes
• Concur / SAP work experience will be preferred
• Deep understanding of Travel & Expense/ Accounts Payable Process.
• Strong analytical skills and process thinking
• Good communication and presenting skills, ideally experience as trainer
• Willingness to work with systems (SAP, reporting tools and Concur)
• Ideally, multi-culturally experienced or willing to cope in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment (both team and stakeholders are spread around the globe!)
• Diligent, reliable work ethics
• Holistic and creative problem-solving skills
