Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to offer suitable travel options and recommendations. Travel Planning: Utilize your extensive knowledge of destinations, travel routes, accommodations, and attractions to create customized travel itineraries. Ensure all aspects of the trip, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, are arranged smoothly and efficiently. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and emerging attractions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel products, such as tour packages, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure the best possible travel experiences for our customers. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive offers. Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their travel, addressing any concerns, modifications, or emergencies that may arise.
