Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities - Dealing with the international client directly, majorly focused on US market. - Assisting them on bridging the gap between what they are looking and their final product - Hand on knowledge using software like Sabre, Amadeus and Word span. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Maintaining data/Excel report of multiple clients to understand the requirement of the organization - Maintaining travel related data for our data base. - Taking weekly meetings to build up strategies to achieve the ultimate business goals, increasing revenues without compromising on quality - Great communication skills - Taking weekly call with US clients to discuss the activities happened and providing feedback - Having bi-weekly meets to have the best plans and targets to keep the environment challenging and competitive Desired Candidate Profile -Should have 2+ years of experience in US domestic travel -Open to work for 8:00pm-5:00am shift
