Job Description
We\'re looking for a candidate who is passionate about travel and eager to work with travel tech company which is focused on providing customized holiday leisure experiences powered by a fine balance of technology and human interventions with customer success as the reason for existence.
Role: Holiday Advisor/ Travel Sales Executive
Key Responsibility Areas
- Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements
- Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements
- Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Represent company values while speaking to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
- Passion for travel
- Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work with start-ups or a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
