We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team at GOGAGA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their dream holidays. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular holiday destinations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and online platforms
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of visa and passport requirements is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

• Assist customers in planning and booking their dream holidays
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customers\' preferences and budget

• Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during the travel process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
