Job Description


Responsibilities: * Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Booking and Reservations:
  • Make flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel reservations based on client requirements.
  • Secure the best possible rates and accommodations for clients.
  • Travel Documentation:
  • Ensure clients have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
  • Provide information on travel restrictions, entry requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Itinerary Planning:
  • Create detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Offer recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment.
  • Knowledge of Destinations:
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
  • Provide clients with insights into different destinations, including cultural information and local attractions.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any issues or complications during travel, such as flight delays or accommodation concerns.
  • Provide support to clients in emergency situations.
  • Sales and Upselling:
  • Promote additional services, upgrades, or special packages to enhance the client\'s travel experience.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the travel agency.
  • Travel Technology:
  • Proficiently use travel booking systems and online platforms to facilitate reservations and transactions.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements in the travel industry.
Qualifications: * Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a travel agency or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Detail-Oriented:
  • Strong attention to detail in itinerary planning, documentation, and communication.
