Role:- Travel Operations Executive
Type: - Full Time
Location:- Kalyan Nagar Bangalore Responsibilities:-

• Create tailored proposals and presentations for potential MICE and travel clients, highlighting the company\'s capabilities, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this knowledge to develop effective strategies.
• Assist clients in developing and managing travel budgets by providing cost-effective solutions without compromising on the quality of services.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Ensure that all travel arrangements meet high-quality standards and client expectations, coordinating with the operations team for flawless execution.
• Managing the operations for the domestic and international tour operations.
• Attending to Customer Queries & work with the sales team to close queries.
• Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates.
• Negotiating with vendors, hotels, etc.

Requirements:-

• Graduation in Tourism or Hotel Management is mandatory.
• Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry will be preferred.
• Prior experience in handling corporate MICE Groups will be prefered.
• Good network in the travel industry (DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, transporters, etc).
• Ability to coordinate and finalize with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
