Division -PHR-M Department-Admin-M Job Location-MSIL-M Job Title-Shift Supervisor Job Role-Admin Transport Level in the organization-SE/ JE/ AE Educational Qualification-Graduate Work Experience (Years):2 (Minimum)-3 (Maximum) Job Responsibilities - Management of Shift Arrivals / Departures for 62 buses - Analysis of shift movement operations - Resolution of complaints / issues on each route - Implementation of Policy / process as given by site manager - Documents Checks & Verification - Bus pass monitoring issuance/cancellation & checking - Input for MIS preparation - 3G operations and recommendations - Shift supervisor supervision - Assist in data generation - Check maintenance task completion' Competencies / Skills - Excellent PR & hindi communication skills
