Job Description

Operations Management:

Plan and optimize routes, manage vehicle allocation, dispatching, and tracking for efficient deliveries/journeys, handling day-to-day challenges.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and support drivers and transport teams, ensuring they have correct licenses and training.

Fleet & Safety:

Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, inspected, and compliant with safety/insurance standards; arrange repairs and routine servicing.

Compliance:

Enforce adherence to transport laws, driver hours, safety rules, and hazardous materials regulations.

Financials & Reporting:

Develop budgets, analyze expenditures, and prepare reports to maximize profit and service value.

Logistics Coordination:

Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and external organizations to manage shipments and coordinate freight services.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records, shipping documents, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
