Qualification: Graduation
Location: IT Park, Chandigarh The Company BJS Home Delivery is a young, independently owned, two-man home delivery business, ambitious to improve the quality of its services at every opportunity. Working with recognized online brands, we specialize in delivering bulky, high-value purchases such as furniture, electronics, beds, and white goods to homeowners, most of which are purchased via retailers\xe2\x80\x99 websites. Job Role and Responsibilities:
Days of working: 6 Days during probation and 5.5 (alternate weekends working)
post probation.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Track van and teams to ensure collections and returns are completed in timely manner.
- Managing centralized email inbox of Collections and Returns.
- Outbound call -Calling the drivers to ensure correct number of parts collected in real -time
- Handling Inbound call of drivers - to assist with location issue, delay at collection site.
- Planning collection and returns by looking at the CBM and Weight.
- Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) are signed, and photos are taken in PDA.
- Coordinate with clients for collections and returns.
- Populate Google Sheets with details of all tasks completed.
- Escalate collection issues if any to line manager.
- Proficient in English, written and oral communication both.
- Should be able to work in cohesive and fast paced environment.
- Should be able to work independently as and when required.
- Good understanding of UK geography - would be an advantage.
- Well versed with Excel, Google sheets and maps (locations)
