Senior Transport Coordinator
Work Dynamics

What this job involves: Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation.
Managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
Maintaining and completing accurate records
Making sure vehicles are properly maintained, clean and safe.
Ensuring and coordinating with transporter that vehicle arrives on time.
Handling Employee Grievance
Able to handle Single handed entire transport facility in night for female employees
Analytical thinking skills
Complex problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile
The primary purpose of the role is to pro-actively monitor the transport and traffic network and assist in the identification and implementation of incident management activities to maximise network efficiency and to enable seamless, safe and reliable journeys for employees.
Candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 3 - 5 years experience in transport operations. Excellent geographical knowledge (intra-city). Ability to appraise and use computer system and electronic communication methods.
Joining : Immediate basis
Work Timings: starts from 4 pm till last drop in night around 1/2 am.
Reporting: Client Operations Team and Director
Preferred only male candidate.
