Transport Coordinator
Job Description
Monitoring a high volume of inbound and outbound shipments including reverse logistics. Maintain relationships with logistics partner and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and logistics partner. Solve customer and logistics partner problems and help resolve issues. Monitoring & maintaining performance report for logistics partner as well as for customer. Ensure to have correct update in MIS report & supporting billing team to share correct data. Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to. Skills : High quality written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment Accurate and able to produce quality work Problem solver Quality decision making To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of courier, logistics inward / outward with MS office. Qualifications: Bachelors degree About 4 to 5 years of experience in the transportation / warehousing industry
