• Minimum of 8 years of experience into Information Technology with underlying infrastructure services
• Cloud virtualization Windows Linux Storage Backup Disaster Recovery
• 3 to 5 years experience in managing projects with related processes and tools
• 2 3 years experience in IT complex transformation projects
• English writing skills in order to produce reports metrics and the needed communication to management and customers
• Exposure to working with large companies with teams across the globe
• Good knowledge of the ITIL processes Ideally PMP Prince2 certification
• As a TnT manager you manage the delivery of assigned projects and operational initiatives non usual activities
• Identify deliverables Build and monitor the project timeline
• Review with operational teams needed resources to deliver expected services
• Regularly review projects progress on its various dimensions scope budget and schedule
• Prepare dashboards and related communications to the management
• Communicate to the different stakeholders the progress with raising alerts whenever arbitration is needed or when facing any blocker

• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated strong quantitative analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills across ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive staff business sponsors and technical resources in clear concise language
• Strong customer management and negotiation skills and the ability to mediate opposing viewpoints and articulate the advantages of standards in a technical environment
• Capacity to understand business production constraints to measure projects impacts
• Overall technology exposure with working experience on virtualization cloud solutions IT core services
