We are currently seeking an Transition Service Advisor to join our team in Remote, India.

General Duties

• Typically manages several transition teams or projects, each with their own transition manager.
• Projects may require multi-site coordination and implementation.
• Supports a majority of NTT DATA service and product lines.
• May mentor less experienced team members

We are currently seeking an Transition Service Specialist Advisor to join our team in Remote, India.

Position overview

• Responsible for implementing a technical and business solution that has been sold to the NTT DATA.
• Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation.
• Coordinating all the activities required to set-up the initial implementation of ITIL Service Management Processes and ITSM Tool for services delivered by in-scope NTT DATA and Customer Service Towers.
• The delivery of Project Milestones related to Service Management.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

Qualifications

Must have Skills:

• Account/Delivery Management-Delivery Oversight - ITIL/ITSM Processes (1005505)
• Advanced understanding of transition of ITIL/ITSM Processes
• Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and principals.
• Advanced project management and NTT DATA management abilities and project financials.
• Advanced ability to assess, manage and remediate high project risks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and develop strategic plans.
• Advanced communication and executive level NTT DATA interaction skills.

Nice to have, but not required:

• ITIL 4 Foundations Certification

Education Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
