About Our Client
- The client is one of the oldest and leading global real estate players in the market, established almost 5 decades ago he company has 40+ ongoing projects.
- They believe in providing world's finest residential and commercial developments and have an established business across the country and globally. Dealing with Global opportunities the company wants to hire a Transformation Head.
- Study current accounts & finance processes - Procurement to Pay (AP), Record and Report (GL).
- Responsible for F&A Service Delivery Management, data and reporting accuracy, audits and compliance
deliverables. - Drive transformation in the company's financial and accounting policies, systems and procedures improving accuracy, efficiency, and technological enhancements to meet industry benchmarks.
- Partnering with key stakeholders for periodic Business performance reviews
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Candidate, Experience in process Re-engineering, Business process transformation and redesigning SLA/KPI's reporting framework.
- Having experience in managing the overall process - Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Order to Cash
