Your New Role

The Transformation Architect will hold a key position within the GBS Strategy & Transformation team. This role will be responsible for the design of GBS functions and processes to establish and drive a multi-functional, leading-edge organization. The role is responsible for working with business stakeholders within assigned functions to design and deliver GBS operating model and organization. The role will involve working globally with GBS leadership, WBD functional stakeholders and other internal groups.

Your Role Accountabilities

Target Operating Model: Partner with GBS Leadership and WBD stakeholders to develop target operating model for assigned functions/process areas, including facilitation of design workshops and issue management.

Target Organization: Partner with GBS functional stakeholders, and People & Culture partners to manage the design of future state organization for assigned functions/process areas.

Support development of best practices, tools, and technologies for assigned functions/process areas to drive strategic transformation within GBS.

Develop interaction models and RACI to outline ways of working between GBS functions and retained organization.

Work closely with other teams across GBS Strategy and Transformation to effect and implement change and drive ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources) required, MBA preferred.

Around 8 -10 years of work experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in a back office support function, consulting/strategy or BPO/shared services organization.

Minimum 4 years of experience with large scale, high visibility business process or organizational transformation.

Experience managing projects/teams across multiple global locations.

Experience developing and facilitating workshops.

Experience driving change management, process improvement and operating model design.

Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions.

International experience required.

Strong management, decision-making and people skills.

Strategic and pragmatic with the ability to carry an idea through execution.

Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.

Strong ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with GBS Customers and all levels of WBD management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Ability to assess and measure impact and to prioritize accordingly.

Proven ability to build confidence and trust with internal and external stakeholders and influence decision making.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability.

Strong collaborator and team player.

Entertainment industry experience a plus.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
