The mission in the GEC is to drive the strategic transformation of the engineering function within the Digital Buildings systems & project business to increase our competitiveness & improve our margins through establishing a collaborative working relationship between the Country and our Global Engineering Centre for BMS in India.

What is the role?

Individual Contributor role based in Bangalore and reporting to the Sr. General Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Global Engineering Center.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

\xc2\xb7 Experience in driving Knowledge management, training and skill development

\xc2\xb7 Drive updating of skill matrix on a quarterly basis

\xc2\xb7 Measure and report the skill score against set targets

• Track progress against skill targets for each employee

\xc2\xb7 Map list of competencies for each role

\xc2\xb7 Prepare a schedule of trainings to be delivered

\xc2\xb7 Arrange and conduct technical trainings

\xc2\xb7 Track number of hours of training / employee

\xc2\xb7 Drive Communities of practice

\xc2\xb7 Ensure smooth knowledge flow within the organization

\xc2\xb7 Catalogue and organize technical information, use digitization to drive knowledge sharing

\xc2\xb7 Training matrix including number of hours spent in training

\xc2\xb7 Track improvement in proficiency correlated to training

We do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be the following skills

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Instrumentation/Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in Training and knowledge management

\xc2\xb7 Good logical and analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Schneider Electric Digital Building products will be an added advantage

Product Lines: Ecostruxure, proficient in M.S Excel, Smartsheet
