About the Role
: As a
Training Manager
, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for our restaurant teams. You will coach staff and managers to deliver exceptional service, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Your role will be pivotal in developing talent, improving performance, and enhancing the overall guest experience across our outlets.
Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement structured training programs for all restaurant staff.
Coach and mentor managers and team members on service standards, operations, and leadership skills.
Identify skill gaps and design learning initiatives to address them.
Monitor training effectiveness and track improvements in staff performance.
Ensure all employees are updated on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and customer service protocols.
Support onboarding of new employees and continuous professional development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years experience in hospitality training or learning & development.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service excellence.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Passion for staff development and creating an outstanding guest experience.
Pay range and compensation package
: Salary up to ₹50,000 TO ?60,000 per month (based on experience and skills). Additional benefits as per company policy.
