Job Description

Job Summary:



The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that enhance employee performance, product knowledge, and operational excellence across all QSR outlets. The role ensures that every team member upholds brand standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience through effective learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage training programs for new hires and existing staff (Front of House, Back of House, and Supervisory levels). Conduct operational, behavioral, and customer service training to maintain QSR standards. Coordinate and deliver induction & onboarding programs for new employees. Create training content, SOP manuals, visual aids, and e-learning modules aligned with brand requirements. Identify training needs through performance reviews, audits, and feedback from outlet managers. Ensure consistent implementation of operational procedures, product preparation, and hygiene standards across all outlets. Train and mentor Field Trainers and Outlet Trainers to build an internal training capability. Conduct regular skill assessments and certification programs to track team performance. Work closely with Operations, HR, and QA teams to ensure training supports business goals and compliance requirements. Maintain training records, reports, and feedback documentation for audits and performance tracking. Support new store openings by ensuring pre-opening training and readiness for all staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of QSR operations, food safety, and service standards. Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams. Proficiency in designing and delivering both classroom and on-the-job training. Data-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness. Creative mindset for developing engaging training content.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / HR / Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum

4-7 years

of experience in training within the

QSR / F&B industry

. Experience in managing multi-location training programs preferred. Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TTT / Learning & Development) is an added advantage.

Work Environment:



Frequent travel to outlets for training & audits. Flexible to work across shifts based on operational needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Training completion and certification rates. Improvement in mystery audit and customer satisfaction scores. Reduction in operational errors and quality deviations. Employee retention and performance improvement metrics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
