Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Take regular classes as and when assigned by the HOD
- Be regular and punctual in taking the classes of theory as well as Hands on training.
- Instruct all the students to attend the classes regularly
- Conduct regular internal tests for the students
- Submit the list of students absent for the internal tests and reported to the HOD
- Prepare a consolidated attendance list of students who are short of attendance
- Prepare the list of students who secure low grades and submit it to the HOD
- Analysis of the result and presentation of the same to the management
- Motivate the students to attend classes/seminars
- Instruct the students to attend all internal exams
- Aptitude test (General, Subject specific)
- Shortlisted candidates from Aptitude test will take a demo class of 20 minutes on \xe2\x80\x93
- Shortlisted candidates from Demo class will have their final interview.
- Good Communication skill
- Good Public Speaking
- Good Explaining Power
- Good knowledge of Pharmacology
- Day shift
