training needs. Responsible for training various teams of operations. Updating employees with the latest policies, procedures and compliance. Preparation and setting up new module, creating presentations for training on the basis of the TNA Assessed new employee skills and strengths to provide customized training. Compiling training handbook and related course materials. Conducting LQA Audits across the hotel for all departments. Conducting employee engagement activities, sessions and supervision of work-life balance. Training and supervision of interns and trainees. Daily checks on grooming, standards and operational practices. Orientation & Onboarding of new team members. Qualifications Must be a Graduate with 1- 2 years of experience. Work remotely
