Our client Company is a premium managed office service provider located at Gurugram requires:

Job Position: Training Manager

Experience: Min 5 Years in similar role

Qualifications: Any graduate or Post Graduate

Office Time: Flexible

Working days: 6 Days (1st & 3rd Saturdays are work from home) also depends upon work pressure.

Job Location: Gurugram- Cyber City

Key responsibilities:

  • Attend or conduct periodic departmental meetings, required training on monthly basis
  • Meeting with the stakeholders to understand the position role for training & development of new & existing employees for all the departments.
  • Session planning and presentation as per requirement
  • Identifying Training needs & Analysis
  • Preparing PPTs for seminars and events
  • Preparing reports relating to T&D
  • Preparing Training Budgeting and Training Calendar.
