JOB TITLE: Training Manager Job Location: Working from Home (Remote) & Requires traveling to branch locations Job brief: At Velicham Finance, Training Manager work with key stakeholders to design and build content, and train the employees to help the organization execute its strategic business objectives. : You will be responsible for researching and documenting the requirements, and proposing strategic content for the organization\'s internal and external stakeholders You will be a subject-matter expert for the Velicham platforms and tools. You will be responsible for training the employees on Velicham\xe2\x80\x99s operational processes, software and other tools. Responsibilities: Identify training needs and gaps in our current content to recommend new areas of focus Create training programs with clear strategic objectives and business focus Be the go-to person in the business with remedies and solutions regarding training and development plans Work closely with various leaders across the organization with a full understanding of their units and training requirements Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, as applicable, based on the training needs Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate such training Identify gaps in the training material or content to ensure safety and productivity among staff members Communicate with team members, trainers, and management to ensure all needs are met Requirements: Proven to work experience as a Content writer or other Content creator Excellent writing and editing skills Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Bachelor\'s Degree (Business, Communication, Engineering, Journalism or related field of study preferred) and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience Strong communication and presentation skills; exceptional listening skills Ability to communicate well in English and Tamil (Speaking) Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
