Job Location : Chandigarh & Assam Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive skill development programs aligned with project. Collaborate with subject matter experts to bring real-world insights into training programs. Implement systems to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the training team. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s/ Masters degree in a relevant field; and certification in training and development is a plus. Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role focused on skill development. (Preferred from PMKVY 3.0 training background) Prior experience in Mobilizing and kick starting training projects. (Preferred from PMKVY 3.0 training background) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership and team management experience. Analytical skills to assess training needs particularly planning and measure program effectiveness. Familiarity with PMKVY learning management systems and other training technologies.
