Job Description


Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that align with the company\'s sales strategy and goals.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Support and Mentor new employees
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the sales team and design effective training solutions to
meet those needs.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members on product\\
knowledge, sales processes, objection handling, and other relevant topics.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and
other training resources.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust
accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address
them. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
