Profile: Training- Manager Vertical: Retail HO Support Experience: At least two years of experience in training or broking industry. : Stakeholder management Recruiting and handholding team of trainers. Outcome based training interventions for leaders, sales and service staff. Handholding team to achieve new joinee productivity and manage attrition. Training interventions to help under-performing staff come up the curve. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with business team to evaluate the knowledge parameters. Conduct training need analysis and drive the training coverage and initiatives for all advisors Key Skills:
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Day shift
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Staff training: 5 years (Preferred)
- Broking: 2 years (Preferred)
