**Position**: Training Assistant Manager or Senior Manager **Location**: Thane, Mumbai **Qualification**: Graduate **Experience**: 4-5 years as Assistant Manager or Senior Manager in BPO (Domestic or International) **Skills**: - Excellent communication skills - Proven experience in team management - Proficiency in training methodologies - Strong background in skill development - In-depth understanding of BPO processes **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement effective training programs for new and existing team members - Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skillsets - Assess training needs and create relevant training modules - Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with senior management to align training strategies with business goals - Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices - Ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery - Drive skill development initiatives and monitor progress - Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex training-related issues **Experience**: - 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Manager in BPO (Domestic or International) - Proven track record in team handling, training, and skill development **Team HR** Helpmate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9800,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
