Training Manager Job description . To manage a team of 2 to 4 Implementation managers. Each learning manager will manage end to end implementation of Kreedo curriculum in 18 schools assigned for Nursery till class 2. Visit schools monthly to observe and assess if the team is implementing well Training teachers on academic implementation Provide guidance to school owners to implement Kreedo Required Candidate profile Willingness to travel Good Interpersonal Skills Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written) and local language: English Kannada Any degree/ course in Education/ Early Childhood Education/ Human Development will be an added advantage Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in training will be preferred Perks and Benefits Incentives on school renewals, and good implementation intensive in-house training will be given for 2 months on Kreedo curriculum for Nursery till class 2 teacher training to know more about us visit: www.kreedology.com Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Location :Channarayapatna \xef\x82\xb7 Day shift Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 937,500.00 - 941,000.00 per month Benefits:
