We have requirement for our client which is a manufacturer of Ayur Pharma Products in Noida location needs Training Manager preferably an BAMS qualified person engaged in Training programme of sales Team. Otherwise any degree but who has good knowledge of Ayurveda. The brief Job description is as follows :- We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Training Manager to join our domestic sales team. Position : Training Manager Location : Noida : Developing and implementing training programs tailored to our product range and team capability. Assessing training needs and creating training modules for domestic sales team. Designing, organizing and delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Collaborating with subject matter experts (in house vaidyas) to ensure training materials are up to date. Monitoring training outcome and providing regular reports to management. Contributing to the development of the overall training and development strategy by co-working in field as well. Qualification and Skills : Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field (Masters or certification in training are a plus) or BAMS degree. Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda and Ayurveda industry. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Ability to adapt to changing training needs.
