Role/ Job Title: Territory Manager-Personal Loan (Direct Sales Team)

Function/ Department: Personal Loan

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility of generating personal loan business through different channels. It includes administering and training a team of executives to expand commercial vehicle loan business in that particular locality/branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
  • Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends
  • Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
  • Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically
  • Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank\'s rapid growth targets
Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor\'s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in sales.
