We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Training & Development Manager

to oversee employee learning and development initiatives across our hotel operations. This role will ensure that all staff -- from front-line team members to management -- receive the training and support needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and grow professionally within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs across departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and management). Design and implement engaging training programs focused on guest service, brand standards, health & safety, compliance, soft skills, leadership, and job-specific technical skills. Conduct regular onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the hotel culture and operations. Facilitate in-person workshops, role-playing exercises, and team-building activities that reflect the unique needs of hotel departments. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and guest satisfaction scores. Collaborate closely with department heads to align training with operational goals and performance improvements. Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep accurate training records. Ensure all training programs comply with company policies, local labor laws, and hospitality industry standards. Coordinate with corporate HR or brand training teams to localize and deliver brand-led learning programs. Support the development of career paths and succession planning within the hotel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training & development, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
