Ability to develop and present training programs. Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to build relationships with employers and alumni. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with potential recruiters and organizations. Maintain a database of potential recruiters and job opportunities. Organize and manage job fairs and other recruitment events. Monitor student performance in academics, internships, and other activities to ensure they are able to meet the expectations of recruiters. Establish and maintain a positive rapport with students to understand their career goals and help them to make informed decisions. Provide career guidance and counselling to students. Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns to promote the college or recruitment consultancy. Liaise with faculty and staff to ensure they are aware of job opportunities, events, and other relevant information. Prepare reports on the recruitment activities and their outcomes.
