About the role
The Global Training business is BSI’s fastest growing business area with a mission to be the world’s most trusted training provider for embedding excellence and expertise in individuals to ensure organizations performance better, reduce risk and grow sustainably by providing best in class content delivery, delegate experience and post-course support.
This role offers significant responsibility and challenge, with ownership to co-ordinate and support the delivery of the trainings, for both public and in-house training events to budget. Plan and execute scheduled events to BSI Training commercial best practice KPIs and standard of excellence for customer delivery.
Purpose of the position
Provide solid support to the Training Manager through booking, planning and invoicing and through interaction with Training Manager and Finance Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities & Accountabilities


  • Certificate lead time – Maintain TAT of 15 or less calendar days for issues of certificate from the date of exam

  • Release weekly report to moderators and ROMs for events in which documents are pending, as on date

  • Follow-up with training coordinator on the documents required for certificate generation

  • Compliance to CQI / IRCA guidelines - 2nd and 3rd marking as per CQI/IRCA guidelines, Question Paper Rotation, completeness of training forms

  • Weekly generation of report for global team

  • On time update of IRCA return template

  • Question paper marking calibration to tutors and its records to be maintained

  • Digital support for Mimeo & Adobe - Generation of virtual links (Adobe/ WebEx and Mimeo) for public and in-house trainings

  • Train training coordinators on generation of the links

  • Updating the latest standards on the portal for participants review, ensure that they cannot overwrite on the same

  • Administration of training systems/ platforms and supporting the training coordinators and tutors for on-time resolution of any issues, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Liaising with the global systems team to:

    • Test new / changed platforms and ensuring on-time knowledge transfer to training sales and training coordinators.

    • Reporting periodically for compliance, as relevant.

  • Periodic reporting to head of training, for key performance indicators related to CLT and IRCA compliance.

Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and “Make Excellence a Habit”.
