Conduct vendor training programs covering onboarding, service protocols, app usage, and behavior standards.
Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions to reinforce Red Taxi's service quality.
Develop bilingual (Tamil & English) training modules, SOPs, and reference materials for various departments.
Support call center and operations training through classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, and process reinforcement.
Facilitate induction programs for new hires and support new branch training rollouts.
Evaluate training effectiveness through mock calls, quizzes, and feedback to drive performance improvement.
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
Maintain training schedules, attendance, and reports with insights and action points.
Participate in employee engagement and motivation sessions as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in training or operations (experience in taxi, logistics, or call center industry preferred).
Skills & Expertise:
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and deliver engaging bilingual training content.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong understanding of service quality and operational processes.
Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken & written).
Willingness to travel across branches for training support
