Job Description

- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Good exposure of MS Office.
- Prior experience as a Trainer will be an add-on advantage.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2years of experience in Training.*
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Review student's performance and learning.
- Should be able to handle End to End Training - Course Content Preparation, Material Preparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation, etc.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and technology.
- Designing training programmers based on the needs of the organizations.
- Experience into BPO or customer care relation sector will be an addon advantage
- Day shift
