About the role

Our Customer Support Team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We are also internal customer-champions, working with product teams to ensure users stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does ?YsEUR

We're looking for Training Specialists experienced in Customer Support to conduct product training sessions for this and other departments in Revolut. Someone with an open approach, excellent presentation skills, and teacher's patience ?Y" Master of creating solid and engaging training materials. What you'll be doing

  • Organising and planning the in class training/e-learnings/webinars across offices
  • Supporting the creation of sound and engaging e-learning modules and classroom courses
  • Implementing projects to improve compliance knowledge and customer experience
  • Helping with the online administration of specific deliveries such as classrooms and workshops as well as the running of longer programmes
What you'll need
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Strong teaching, coaching and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adeptness with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design, create and implement effective training
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Ability of quick learning
  • Joy of working with people
  • Good time and people management skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues in simple words
  • Loud and indestructible voice
Compensation range
  • Vilnius: a,1,600 - a,2,700 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: a,1,800 - a,3,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
