We have a vacancy for Trainer position hiring from Hospitality /Cinema/Entertainment Industry . Job Location- NOIDA Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs on front office management, including customer service, reservations, billing and payment, and management of Customer complaints and requests.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
- Evaluate Employees performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front office operations and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Any Graduate/Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office operations, customer service, sales and management in the hospitality /Entertainment industry.
- Experience in delivering hospitality training programs to Team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Day shift
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
