Jubilant Biosys is hiring for: Designation: Trainee Research Associate Department: Invitro Biology Educational qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech (Lifesciences) Key Responsibilities: Application of Cell/ Molecular Biology. Compound screening in cell based and biochemical assays. Developing and validating of biological assays to support projects, mechanism of action work, new model development. Standardization of assays Developing and validating in vitro assays for testing and identifying compounds active against a variety of targets. Compound preparation and screening in vitro assays. Troubleshooting of assays. Engineering stable cell lines expressing desired target proteins for cell-based assays. Contributing to the Internal Target Database to aid in selection of drug discovery targets. Data generation, analysis, compilation, report preparation. Regular uploading of the data. Exploring scientific journals in order to find new ways/techniques to develop the assays in a robust and reproducible manner.
