Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : The RA will work on a policy research project on public finance and energy in India. Main responsibilities include collecting data and analyzing it using regression methods.

Basic Qualifications
- Candidate should have at least a Master’s degree in Economics from a reputed Institute or University in India or abroad. Suitable candidates with exceptional undergraduate degrees may also be considered.
- Prior courses or work experience in applied econometrics.
- Familiarity of economic databases in India
- econometric softwares: Stata, R.
Desirable Qualification
- Some work experience as a junior economic analysts/ research assistant, preferably in a research organisation will be an added plus, though it is not mandatory.
- Good drafting skills and prior experience in writing research reports/papers.
