About this Position:

Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team. Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.

What youll do:

Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel's internal policies and global compliance standards Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment

What makes you a good fit:

CA certified with minimum 01 year of work experience Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions Candidates must be based in Navi Mumbai and available for full-time, on-site engagement
