Job Purpose:
Trainee Global Learning is a role where the incumbent is a fresh management graduate joining the learning team as part of their experience gaining and also Provides research and documentation support for other Learning projects as required. Contributes ideas to enhance learning products and processes. This role supports the Learning team with research and insight generation. The trainee will work with the team for the development of win/loss case studies--piloting the approach in APJ and helping build a scalable model for use across regions.
Responsibilities:

• Research & Insight Development o Conduct structured research to develop win/loss case studies (APJ pilot). o Collect data through interviews, dashboards, documents, and business inputs. o Identify themes, drivers, and patterns behind wins and losses. o Synthesise findings into simple, clear insights with data visualization.
• Case Study Creation o Draft case narratives, problem statements, data snapshots, and learning prompts. o Support development of facilitator notes and visual summaries. o Maintain a repository of case materials, references, and documentation.
• Stakeholder Coordination o Work with APJ business teams, HR, and Learning stakeholders to gather inputs and validate findings. o Support pilot testing and refinement of the case study approach.
• Learning Team Support o Provide research and documentation support for other Learning projects as required. o Contribute ideas to enhance learning products and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields required
• Master's / Post Graduate Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields preferred
• o Strong research and analytical capabilities o Clear written communication and storytelling o Structured thinking and attention to detail o Curiosity and willingness to deep-dive into topics o Proficiency in MS Office o Experience with research-based academic or internship projects
