Job Description

We are manufacturers of Special Purpose Machines having our Office & Works at the below mentioned address.
To aid our growth, we are looking for one Trainee Commissioning Engineer - Robot / PLC / HMI - Control Systems \xe2\x80\x93 a Degree Holder in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with good theoretical knowledge and additional training in PLC / HMI programming, with preferably 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience - preferably in the Automation field / Control Panel manufacturing field - to carry out the following jobs.

• Study of the drawings issued for manufacturing, prepare the Wire / Cable routing plan & get the wiring completed very nicely.
• Programming of the PLC, HMI screens - on Siemens, Fuji, Mitsubishi, Delta PLC- as per the machine requirements.
• Teaching of Robot & Cobot for different application.
• Setting the different parameters of VFD, Stepper drive, DC drives & other controllers like DTIC etc.
• Assembly of the machine panel & pendent as per drawing & work instruction, get the electrical connections made, run the machine, verify the performance parameters.
• Undertake the inspection by customers / third party, take down the improvement points, carryout the improvements, painting, finishing, packing & despatch to the customer.
• Prepare the Operation & Maintenance Manuals \xe2\x80\x93 including the Ladder diagrams, HMI screen shots etc
• Visit Customer site for commissioning of the machines & train the operators.
• Visit Customer site in case of any breakdown to rectify the problem & make the machine work. Wherever possible, provide remote service with the help of Customer\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance team.
