About the Role:

Consstruct is looking for enthusiastic

Civil Engineering trainees

to join our team for a 2-month training period. This role is entirely

office-based and computer-oriented

, providing hands-on exposure to analytical and technical work in the field of civil infrastructure and pavement management.

Analysis of concrete, asphalt pavement, and road conditionsZone division and mapping for project scopingRating of asphalt/concrete as per

ASCE (USA)

and report preparation

Candidate Selection Criteria

Fluent in written and spoken English

Based in

North Goa

or willing to

commute daily to Porvorim

Proficient in

basic computer skills

and

Google Workspace tools

(Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Gmail, etc.)Qualification:

BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Civil Engineering

Post-Training Opportunity

Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be considered for

permanent employment

Position:

Junior Engineer

CTC:

Up to ?25,000 per month (inclusive of all deductions)

Skills:

Basic understanding of transportation engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English. Good Analytical skills
