The role requires maintaining a professional demeanour, providing personalized care, and consistently enhancing the guest experience to meet world-class aviation standards B. Key Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols before, during, and after flights.
Deliver high-quality in-flight service, guests assistance, and addressing special needs.
Manage guest comfort and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct safety demonstrations and assist guests in case of emergencies.
Maintain effective communication with flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
Represent the airline positively and always uphold its reputation and values.
C. Skills Required for the role
Represent Air India with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity.
Comply with all DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and ensure licenses and training are current.
Warm, approachable, and empathetic in dealing with passengers.
Meet required medical fitness standards for flying duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations
Maintain knowledge of service procedures and company policies
