Traffic Supervisor
We provide heavy vehicles to transport goods and we require a person to manage heavy vehicles, drivers, negotiate and arrange vehicles through brokers if required, coordinate with clients and track the vehicle and ensure timely delivery of goods. we work as third party pick raw materials and deliver it to client /company. Basically, a candidate who is able to manage transport of goods.
Key Responsibility
Coordinate with the clients for requirements to ensure on time delivery.Oversee the scheduling and routing of shipments, considering factors like distance and customer requirements.Coordinate for the carriers, negotiate the price, and monitor the services.Continuously evaluate carrier performance, resolve any issues or disputes, and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with teams, such as procurement and warehousing, to maintain and streamline operations.Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.Ensuring adherence to transportation regulations, safety standards and company policies.Monitoring fuel consumption, and identifying opportunities to reduce transportation costs.

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 yrs with Transport & Logistics company
