Join us and let\'s get started. 3-5 Years Junior Traffic Engineer w/ITS Experience Calculating and applying Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation System principles, standards, and criteria. Assist in the development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) packages based upon agency standards and specifications Adhere to project schedules and budgets, working and coordinating with the PM or ITS Lead on issues. Prepare technical reports and papers for clients and/or internal distribution required Proficient in MicroStation, Excel, Word, Google Earth. Design experience with fibre networks, CCTV, DMS. Project experience with the PennDOT. Experience with PS&E package preparation for ITS Design Qualifications M. Tech- Transportation. Experience with PS&E package preparation for Traffic Design (MPT/MOT, Traffic Signals, SPM, ITS) Good communication skills, and able to work well independently at times. Able to see the \'bigger picture\' and take a birds-eye view of projects Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team. Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
